Refund and cancellation policy

Every service from MatchUs Global is provided under a written contract that you sign before anything begins. This page explains how you can cancel and when you are entitled to a refund. These rights are in addition to any other rights you have under the law that applies to you.

Your three-day right to cancel

You may cancel any contract with us, for any reason, until midnight of the third business day after the day you sign it. Tell us in writing; an email to support@matchusglobal.com is enough. We will refund all payments you have made under that contract within 10 days of receiving your notice.

This right is consistent with California Civil Code sections 1694 to 1694.4, which govern dating service contracts, and we apply it to every client wherever they live.

If you live in the United Kingdom

If you live in the UK and buy a service from us at a distance, for example online, by email or by phone, you also have the right to cancel within 14 days of the day the contract is made, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

If you ask us to start the service within those 14 days and then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time you told us you wished to cancel.

Partner Positioning Consultation

Cancel at any time before your session and you receive a full refund.
Once the session has been delivered and the cancellation periods above have passed, the fee is non-refundable.

Private Matchmaking

The payment terms of a private matchmaking contract never exceed two years.
In the event of your death or disability, the contract may be cancelled and the unused portion of your payments refunded.
If you relocate in the circumstances described in your contract, you may cancel and receive a refund of the unused portion of your payments.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us at support@matchusglobal.com first. We reply within 2 business days and will work with you to resolve it.

MatchUs Global 的每一项服务，开始前都会和你签订书面合同。本页说明你可以如何取消，以及在哪些情况下可以退款。以下权利是你在所适用法律下其他权利之外的额外保障。

三天无理由取消

签订任何合同后，在签约日之后第三个工作日的午夜之前，你都可以无理由取消。只需以书面形式通知我们，发邮件到 support@matchusglobal.com 即可。我们会在收到通知后 10 日内，退还你在该合同下支付的全部款项。

这一规定与加州《民法典》第 1694 至 1694.4 条关于婚恋服务合同的要求一致，无论你住在哪里，我们都同样适用。

英国居民的 14 天取消权

如果你住在英国，并通过线上、邮件或电话等远程方式购买我们的服务，根据英国《2013 年消费者合同（信息、取消及附加费用）条例》，你还享有自合同成立之日起 14 天内取消的权利，无需说明理由。

如果你要求我们在这 14 天内就开始服务，之后又决定取消，我们可能会按截至你通知取消时已提供的服务，扣除相应比例的费用。

择偶定位咨询

咨询开始前随时取消，全额退款。
咨询已经完成、且上述法定取消期限都已过去后，费用不予退还。

一对一私人定制

私人定制合同的付款期限最长不超过两年。
如遇本人身故或残障，合同可以解除，并退还尚未使用部分的费用。
如你按合同中约定的情形迁居，可以解除合同，并退还尚未使用部分的费用。
