Terms of service | MatchUs Global

These terms apply to the services of MatchUs Global, which is operated by Kevin MatchUs Inc (“we”, “us”). Your written contract with us describes the specific service you have bought. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Who can use our services

To become a client you must:

be at least 18 years old;
be single, meaning never married, divorced or widowed; and
be looking for a long-term relationship.

What we provide

We provide the services listed in your contract, such as a Partner Positioning Consultation or a Private Matchmaking program. Our matchmakers use their professional judgement to make introductions, but we cannot and do not guarantee that you will form a relationship or marry.

Your conduct

Give us truthful and accurate information about yourself, including during identity verification.
Treat the people you are introduced to, and our team, with respect.
Do not harass, threaten or pressure anyone, whether in person or online.

We may suspend or end our service if a client behaves dishonestly, disrespectfully or abusively.

No escort or adult services

MatchUs Global is a matchmaking service for people seeking long-term relationships. We do not offer, arrange or allow escort, sexual or other adult services, and anyone seeking them will not be accepted as a client.

Fees and payment

Prices are shown on our website and confirmed in your contract. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy, and how we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that the law of the place where you live gives you.

我们提供你合同中列明的服务，例如择偶定位咨询或一对一私人定制。红娘会凭专业判断为你介绍合适的人，但我们无法、也不会承诺你一定能建立恋爱关系或走入婚姻。

会员行为规范

向我们提供真实、准确的个人信息，包括实名认证时提交的资料。
尊重被介绍给你的每一个人，也尊重我们的团队。
无论线上线下，不得骚扰、威胁或强迫他人。

如有不诚信、不尊重他人或骚扰等行为，我们可以暂停或终止服务。

不提供陪侍或成人服务

MatchUs Global 是面向认真寻找长久关系人士的婚恋服务。我们不提供、不安排、也不允许任何陪侍、性或其他成人服务，有此类意图的人不会被接纳为客户。

费用与付款

价格以网站展示和合同约定为准，付款由 Stripe 处理。取消与退款按退款与取消政策执行，个人信息的处理方式见隐私政策。

适用法律

本条款适用美国怀俄明州法律。这不影响你所在地法律赋予你的、不可排除的消费者保护。
